If there's one place that goes big on Christmas it's The Trafford Centre and this year it's hosting more festive events than ever.
As well as the all-new Christmas Trail, which opens in Wilderspool Woods from November 8, and the grotto, opening from November 16, there's lots more taking place at the site.
The much-loved Tinsel Town is returning from November 22, bringing fairground rides and a giant ice rink outside The Great Hall for a fourth year.

The Big Wheel is already open, where riders can enjoy all the glittering lights and sights whilst soaring above the ground at a staggering 55 metres high, and Gandeys Snowstorm returns in the big top from December 6 with a new ice skating and circus show Firebird.
Kicking off the festivities inside the mall will be a free Christmas Show, taking place on Saturday, November 16.
The huge 'Broadway-style extravaganza' called The Christmas Gift, will feature Britain's Got Talent runner-up, dancer Lilliana Clifton.
The family-friendly event will be performed on The Orient mainstage with shoppers free to attend. And it will play for TWO shows - at 11.30am and 3pm - to enable more people to watch it.

Trafford Centre bosses are promising a 'magical celebration filled with music, dance and holiday cheer – with Santa Claus himself making a very special appearance'.
Tinsel Town will work in the same way as previous years, with an entry fee and tokens for the fair. Rides will include Snow Jets, the Don Sapo (crazy frog), Pirate Ship, balloon ride, Funhouse, Rock Rage and more.
The shimmering 25m x 20m covered ice rink, underneath a canopy of twinkling lights, will be in a slightly different location this year, next to the big wheel and the grotto, and costs from £10 off -peak for kids and from £12.50 for ages 13 plus.
There'll be lots of festive food and drink on offer too, with the outdoor swing grill selling German Sausages and Churros, as well as Yorkshire pudding wraps, the Christmas Tree Bar, hot mulled wine and speciality coffees, and a Chocolate fountain, with crepes and doughnuts.

Simon Layton, centre director at The Trafford Centre, said: “We’re delighted to welcome back our hugely popular Tinsel Town fairground and ice skating for the Christmas season.
"Combine your visit with late night shopping, festive feasting or another of our Christmas events, such as Santa’s Grotto or The Christmas Trail, for a wonderful day out with family and friends.”
